With the #NHL Season starting up this week and #Chara joining the Caps and scoring this week in practice I thought you’d enjoy a moment I captured last Season at the Capital Center. You see Oshi standing on his tip toes? That’s priceless.

Being a Chef is a contact sport and I reference this analogy quite often. Growing up on ice and continuing to play keeps my skills sharp and keeps me in shape.

As a Chef much of what we do is “digging in the corner” to bring the little things up and into play so that your #Team plays their best. A Chef is also a player/coach and should always be welcoming, approachable and kind.
