Here’s Sautéed Calamari ( I am very particular about squid. I have only served one type over the past 2 decades here in the Mid Atlantic ) with Garlic, EVOO, Lime, Chili 🌶 Flakes, Virginia Voignier and 1 minute of high heat. Spectacular Dish and as simple as you can get.
