Hack #21 - “To Plant a garden is to Believe in Tomorrow”

This is a #hack close to my #heart ❤️

Especially in these times, we should all get back to basics, and grow what we can to be #Sustainable and #healthy

Since a young boy and then at The Ashby Inn, I’ve had some kind of #Garden at work and at home. Sure it’s lots of work but there’s no greater reward than having your guests “Raving” about the dishes you prepare with your own #produce.

You could have table side “talking points” and fabulous #local menus with crops grown this #Spring-#Summer-#Fall and #Winter Yes... now is the time to start planning that garden which will make the #Chef and the #Culinary #Team very well liked and appreciated.
