Hack #20 - “My Train of Thought”

I thought we could all “Rock Out” to an 80’s tune by A-Ha while we enjoy some unique presentations thanks to the great variety of #Vessels (any type of presentation piece from a wood board to an elaborate Nambe piece) and seasonal ingredients that I utilize.

I #plan each #dish and the #seasonal #menu starting with my vessels. What I want to see is my guests enjoying an eclectic array of colors, textures, different elevations and #Local ingredients that capture #creativity , #value and #quality
