I was asked months ago to be the Speaker at Helms and I was only nervous for the week prior to speaking. I had 4+ decades of content to decide on talking about. I had 8 minutes. I had notes. I practiced and when the President introduced me I just stood up, never looked at my notes and spoke from the heart. 7.5 Minutes.
