this is an old Canadian saying about being frugal. There are thousands of ways to save money but this one is very obvious. If you buy a three count flat leaf parsley it will cost you $2.02. But if you buy a case which is 60 count it will cost you $25.43.

Just placed the parsley stem side down in 2 inches of water like pictured and the parsley will last for a month. It will save you over $100 every time you do it.
