I Very much enjoyed writing a simple #Recipe and #cookingathome with my good friend and fellow Chef Denis Durnev and the Hennepin Technical College #Team up north.

Our beautiful Walleye that day was provided thanks to Kalan Ricci and @F.I.N.Fish company. A Father Son company based in Toronto, ON.

Walleye was the fish we caught as youngsters in Canoe Lake, Saskatchewan. No roads to the lake so we landed on the lake and cooked over an open fire in cast iron. It doesn’t get any better than that.

This walleye Jim Carmalt FMP , never had it before, will attest was spectacular.
