When Dining Out returns, in normal fashion, we will see many enjoying our #craft and no one will be in a hurry.
There’s a silver lining in every cloud so as an operator meal periods like Saturday Brunch will be popular and we will all be thriving again.
If you like #Grits you’ll want to try this.
I brought a quart of fresh chicken stock, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 2 ounces butter and salt and white pepper (to taste) to a slow boil and slowly added 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Corn Grits. I stirred them with a wooden spoon over low for 10 minutes and then folded 6 ounces of #QuesoFresco into the finished grits. #Amazing !!
