Hack #25 - "Cook with your Heart"

I was recently dining at a decent #Brand and was disappointed in the entrée that was served. The best way to describe it came right to mind... was it a robot that cooked my food?

No. I know Corporate has recipes so this is my point. As Chefs we help cooks "Cook with their Hearts" and it reflects in the dish. Two #Cooks with the same recipe, with different levels of understanding or care, will produce two different plates.

#Chefs - Please don't wait till you find a heart shaped red bliss potato, like my Chef Buddy Richard J. Rees did, to #educate your #Culinary staff regarding the importance of details.
