Let’s talk #Eggs...

When you have many hard boiled eggs to peel just Place them in a bowl, the bigger the bowl the better, and toss. Each egg cracks the other so to gently loosen the shell and the shell comes right off !

I don’t serve precooked eggs to my guests because they are not so good. So we peel a lot of eggs in my kitchen.

And to chop eggs is always a cumbersome task So just push them through a Fry Basket !! Voila !!
